Event Endorsement

The Pan Asia Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (PAAFPRS) supports high quality educational events that reflect its commitment to excellence, ethics and advancement in the field of facial plastic surgery.

If you’re organising a scientific program in facial plastic or reconstructive surgery, whether it’s a course, conference, dissection lab, workshop, webinar or masterclass, you may apply for official PAAFPRS endorsement.

Benefits of Endorsement

Once approved, endorsed events will receive:

  • Permission to use the PAAFPRS logo on event materials.
  • Listing on the PAAFPRS website under “Events”.
  • Promotion through PAAFPRS social media and email.
  • Optional inclusion of PAAFPRS name on certificates of participation (co-branding, subject to approval).
  • Inclusion in regional academic calendars circulated among members.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for endorsement, the event must:

  • Be organised by an active PAAFPRS member.
  • Be academic in nature and relevant to facial plastic or reconstructive surgery.
  • Disclose any sponsorships, product promotions or financial affiliations transparently.
  • Share a clear scientific agenda, list of faculty and learning objectives.
  • Be open to regional/international delegates and follow fair registration practices.

Endorsement Fee
USD 300

  • Endorsement fee is applicable per event.
  • Payment details will be shared upon approval. Endorsement will be activated only upon receipt of payment.


Organiser Responsibilities

Upon approval, organisers are required to:

  • Submit the final program brochure, faculty list, and confirmed dates for website listing.
  • Use the PAAFPRS logo appropriately in all promotional materials (unaltered and without modifications).
  • Provide a 10% discount on delegate fees to all current PAAFPRS members.
  • Share a delegate list post-event for archival purposes only (not for promotional use).
  • Acknowledge that PAAFPRS is not responsible for any logistics, registration or faculty fees or operational planning related to the event.


How to Apply

  • Complete the Event Submission Form.
  • Attach the proposed agenda, faculty list, event dates, and organiser details.
  • Await initial review and communication from the PAAFPRS Secretariat.
  • Upon approval, further instruc ons including payment process and logo assets will be provided.


Important Notes

  • PAAFPRS endorsement does not imply financial or organizational responsibility.
  • The Academy reserves the right to revoke endorsement if the event deviates from approved content or misuses branding.
  • Repeat endorsements for annual events may be fast-tracked upon review of prior outcomes.
